I just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the project. The site is always left in immaculate condition and the men working up there have been great. I wanted to add that the family who had the WOW system fitted were very pleased. I did advise X not to visit while the ring was being installed ,however, Ms X decided that she wanted to. Chris was extremely kind and helpful and completely put her mind at rest. He talked her through the process and she telephoned me to advise what a great asset he is to Welters.
